Harvard Business Review – Ombuds as resource to address sexual harrassment in the workplace

Several recent articles in the Harvard Business Review considered what could be done to address sexual harrassment in the workplace. One idea stood out in the collection – that people want and organizations need alternate informal channels for communication and the ombuds office is one such place.
